Hey Sunbow :) If you own the game from Steam, the save file should be located in the following folder -. C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\ [Uplay ID]\857. If you remove the save file, you should be able to start again from the beginning. - Ubisoft Support. #1.
After you started a new game, play a bit then exit the game to enable the cloud save syncronization. Do this, delete save game (Local) Start the game without internet Close it Then restart it with the internet, an option will appear which data (save game file) should the game use select local That’s all. Enjoy!
