at least now the a pillar should have something! if not, its definately that anti theft module. (brown/black wire terminals 1 to 6 on the motors) would need to check the bonnet and boot switches too. window lifters are red/white from the door locks. depending on the lights etc. it could be the combo control module/relay.
Concerned Terminals PEPS:21 - CIM:18. This leads to a defective Steering column lock actuator, PEPS control unit or CIM if the wiring checks out. It may be your steering lock is jammed or broken, try moving the steering wheel about as you press the start button. On Keyed cars you sometimes can't turn the key due to the position of the steering
Oct 20, 2011. #11. Well, if it was the battery, at least you should hear the starter solenoid come on with a click, and then the lights go dark. If that is the case, replace the battery. If you do
Only when I disconnect the relay for the engine control unit in the front relay box and plug it back in can you start it again until it goes out again. as soon as it goes out you can see that the terminal 15 relay remains energized, the fuel pump relay is disconnected and the engine control unit also remains connected (I opened the relay housing).
Intermittent starting problem Astra H – please help!! I have a problem with my ’05 1.6 Astra life (twinport). I have an intermittent staring problem where the car will work fine one minute, but when started another time it will cut out while ticking over – then will not turn over at all (as if car dead).
